This addendum is issued to correct the dates contained on the Bid Submission Sheet. In the column labeled term cost the dates previously read April 1, 2029 to December 1, 2029. They have been corrected to read April 1, 2028 - December 1, 2028. To be clear, prospective bidders are submitting bids for a contract for 2 years and 8 months.
