Invitation To Bid
1. Time & Place: Sealed bids will now be received for the Bus Maintenance Facility Lonoke High School Administration Building.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 on October 17, 2025 at the Lonoke School Administration Office. Sealed bids will be placed under review. Bids received after the closing time stated above will be returned to the bidder, unopened. Plans will be available at the following location(s) and electronically. Live reading will take place between 330PM to 430 PM on Friday October 17 at Lonoke School District Administration Building. Address listed below.

2. EXAMINATION & PROCUREMENT OF DOCUMENTS
Construction documents will be available by 8AM on October 6, 2025 and may be obtained by qualified bidders at the above referenced locations. Copies are available to others at their own expense, when authorized by the Project Manager. Questions about access to the property can be coordinated through the project manager JP Mitchell at 501-339-9469.
3. BID REQUIREMENTS
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. Bidder must have a current commercial contractors license from Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances and regulations.
