REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
SAP S/4HANA MIGRATION SERVICES
Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is seeking SAP Certified and experienced System
Integrators (SIs) to propose and deliver a comprehensive migration of its current on-premises SAP
S/4HANA 2023 system—including SAP IS-U for Utilities – to the SAP RISE private cloud
environment.
Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Andrea Hale, Contract Administrator, by
email andreah@ntua.com or at NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo Route 12, Fort
Defiance, Arizona.
Proposal and Cost shall each be submitted in separate PDF attachments clearly marked:
for the Proposal “DO NOT OPEN – SAP S/4HANA MIGRATION SERVICES
(PROPOSAL)” and for the Cost “DO NOT OPEN – SAP S/4HANA MIGRATION
SERVICES (COST)” and received by February 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (MST).
