Arkansas Tech University will accept sealed bids for the Tucker Coliseum Mechanical Room Phase 1 HVAC Renovation. Bid forms should be addressed to Jennifer Warren, APO, Director of Procurement at Arkansas Tech University and will be received at Arkansas Tech University, 404 N El Paso Ave., Russellville, AR 72801, (479) 968-0269 until 2:00 pm CST, Oct 23, 2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud at 404 N El Paso Ave., Russellville, AR 72801.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 16th, at 10:00 am at Tucker Coliseum located at Arkansas Tech University, 1604 N Coliseum Dr., Russellville, AR 72801.
Building access and site work may begin no sooner than May 11, 2026 (after May Commencement) and must be completed by October 1st.
Arkansas Tech University reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive defects in bids.
