RFQ -Vacant Unit Cleaning 10.26
The Gloucester Housing Authority (GHA) invites you to submit a quote for the Cleaning of Vacant Units for a term of one (1) year unless the awarding authority exercises its option to renew for up to two (2) additional years. We anticipate that the cost of this work including all options will be less than $40,000.
Quotes must be submitted in writing to the above address using the enclosed "Form for Quote" no later than 2:00p.m. Friday, October 16, 2026. Incomplete forms may be rejected. Please note that this is not a sealed bid.
All quotes must include all completed HUD forms specified on the Form of the Quote to be considered valid. Ifyou should have any questions, or would like to arrange a site inspection, please contact Cliff O'Neill at the above number.
