The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to replace existing UST’s (Underground Storage Tank) #1, #2, #3, #4, #8, existing AST’s (Aboveground Storage Tank) #4, and #5, along with existing #1, #2, #3, #4, #8, #9 and #10 UST interconnected below-grade piping systems on the Fargo VA campus including designing flexible spill containment liners, tertiary containment barriers, encasement barriers, waterproof manway covers, and Auto Tank Gauges (ATG) with integrated monitoring and reporting. Environmental assessments, soil boring tests and geotechnical drilling at four VA site locations required, along with compliance with physical security and resiliency standards for intrusion and blast protection. A phasing plan to ensure zero downtime for existing backup generators with temporary power solutions shall be proposed & followed. Additional work includes cathodic protection system design, semiautomatic pump clarification systems, and establish control points for future construction
