FISCAL YEAR REVALUATION PROGRAMS

TOWN OF CHATHAM, MA

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, the Town of Chatham MA, acting through its Town Manager will accept sealed proposals for the implementation for Fiscal 2028, 2029 and 2030 Interim Year Revaluation Updates.

RFP’s will be made available beginning September 21, 2026. Proposals will be accepted during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. October 2, 2026 at the office of the Town Manager, 549 Main Street, Chatham, MA. 02633.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities or minor omissions deemed not in the best interest of the Town of Chatham.

All information pertaining to the contractors technical and management approach to completing this project as well as the proposed cost, timetable and staffing plan shall be presented in the proposal. The proposal must address, at minimum, each of the issues set forth in the Request for Proposals in order to be considered responsive. Any proposal, which does not respond to each issue in the Request for Proposals, shall be rejected by the Evaluation Committee as non-responsive.
