The City of Surprise (the "City") is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of Single & Dual-Purpose Police Canine (K-9) Dogs on an as-needed basis. The purpose of this Solicitation is to award multiple vendor(s) and enter into a contract with Offeror to provide the canine dogs with a guarantee on health, skeletal condition, trainability and compatibility with the City's K-9 unit officers. The offered canines may be Certified/Trained or Green dogs.
