Site preparation, grading, drainage and landscaping. Site improvements to include installation of
both Owner & Contractor furnished playground equipment, site furnishings and fitness
equipment. Owner furnished bleachers will require installation under the GC contract by a
Manufacturers Certified Installer. Project includes site electrical, electrical and communication
infrastructure to the press platform, paving, lighting, fencing (new and retrofit).
Project subject to Mass Prevailing Wage Laws.
