Description
This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 813110 ? ?Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment? and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J034 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment - Metalworking. The size standard is $12.5 (millions of dollars). It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Description of Requirement: This requirement is for the repair of a Cincinnati Inc. 250HS Metal Shears machine and 175PF+ press brake. The required service includes diagnostics, replacement of worn or failed parts, and testing to ensure the machine is returned to full operational capacity. The Contractor shall diagnose and repair faults in the Metal Brake machine, including the removal and installation of a new control monitor. Additionally, the Contractor shall perform service on the Metal Shear machine to ensure its continued operational capability. The contractor will furnish all necessary parts and equipment, and provide technical expertise required to complete the installation and services. This procurement action will be a sole source, firm fixed price contract IAW FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (a) Authority. 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1).
