Chesapeake Public Schools is seeking to establish a contract for the maintenance and repair service of various types of white fleet vehicles for the Chesapeake Public Schools Department of Transportation, School Plants, and School Nutrition Services, ranging from cars/SUV’s to box trucks and food trucks all with varying vehicle manufacturers. This contract will be for indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity. Any maintenance to be performed will be agreed upon. Parts provided under the scope of this contract will be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The selected vendor will be responsible for performing routine emergency maintenance repairs, vehicle inspections, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety and environmental standards. The selected vendor will play an essential role in ensuring the operational efficiency, the reliability, longevity and safety of the fleet, while ultimately supporting the District's mission to provide a conducive learning environment for our students.
The District seeks bids from qualified, licensed, and insured vendors to provide Automotive Fleet Maintenance and Repair Service .
Through this Invitation To Bid (IFB), the District is seeking to identify one or more vendors who can most fully meet the needs of the District as specified in this document and any associated attachments.
