Project Description: The Hillsborough County Engineering & Operations Department, Public Works Division (County) is seeking competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified suppliers with a proven and documented track record of providing telephone after-hours answering services for multiple departments within Hillsborough County. Service includes, but is not limited to, receiving incoming calls, responding informational requests, and dispatch emergency calls to designated staff. The estimated project budget is $107,200.00.
