This is accomplished by enhancing access to a well-coordinated, family-centered health care system and improving outcomes through system development, assessment, education, collaborative partnerships, and family support. Early Childhood Systems building is housed within CSHNB to help promote partnerships to strengthen services for children in a mixed delivery system.
This project aims to support collaboration and partnerships within early childhood program partners to improve the communication and infrastructure amongst different agencies and programs to ensure that children are safe, healthy, and ready to succeed.Contact PersonTholen, IanEmail ian.tholen@doh.hawaii.gov Phone808-733-9062General CommentsProcurement OfficerWilliam AakhusAttachments HIePRO Scope 2025 Child Care Partnerships Support.pdf
