Project Description: Louisville Metro Government (Metro) is seeking to award a contract for a construction cost estimator. The construction cost estimator firm will provide cost estimating for the establishment of project budgets, new building construction and renovations to existing buildings in various properties owned, operated, or controlled by the Louisville Metro Government.
