PROJECT NO. 1005461 - HSIP 9 - RETANGULAR RAPID FLASHING BEACON PROJECT FEDERAL PROJECT NO. HSIPL 5012 (158) The City of Oakland proposes to construct safety improvements at the following intersections: Oakland Avenue and Moss Avenue; and 98th Avenue and C Street. Project work includes installing flashing beacons, pavement markings and signs, new storm drain pipes and inlets, constructing a median island, curb ramps and bulb outs.
