City Hall Sidewalk, Stair & Areaway Replacement and Repair Project

The project includes, but is not limited to, replacement of the existing brick sidewalk with new brushed concrete and exposed aggregate sidewalk, replacement of the existing curb including installation of new underdrain, upgrade of sidewalk curb ramps, landscaping and street lighting upgrades, and milling and resurfacing of the pavement, adjustment and repair of manholes, catch basins, and water valve castings, and replacement of traffic pavement markings.

The building portion of the work includes the replacement of the existing granite stairs servicing historic City Hall and the rehabilitation or closure of existing areaways.
