The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal of existing metal siding and trim including abatement of building wrap. Installation of proprietary composite siding, metal wrap and PVC trim. Temporary removal of exterior electrical and HVAC components necessary. There is one Add Alternate.
The work is estimated to cost $124,397.00. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
