Neurology Services - Rockland Psychiatric Center

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Rockland Psychiatric Center (RPC) located at 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962 are seeking to procure a Contractor to provide acute-care setting (hospital) and monthly on-site neurology services for RPC's patients.

Interested vendors should review the attached draft Contract Boilerplate and IFB document.

The Scope of Work (including privileging & background check forms) is detailed in Appendix D (pp. 25-42) of the Contract Boilerplate.

The IFB document includes instructions for submitting a bid in response to this solicitation. Bidders must use Attachment D - Bid Quote Sheet (pp. 22-23 of the IFB doc) to submit a bid.

All questions from potential bidders regarding the solicitation are to be submitted in writing per the instructions in the IFB by Tuesday, October 29, 2024 by 3:00 pm ET. Questions and Answers will be compiled and sent to all potential bidders by Tuesday, November 5, 2024, as well as posted to this ad.

Bids are due no later than Tuesday, November 12, 2024 by 3:00 pm ET and must be submitted to bids@omh.ny.gov . No late bids will be accepted.
