ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The City of West Memphis invites interested partes to submit sealed bids for The High Velocity Injection Revitalization Cleaning of Twelve Relief Wells. Bids will be received at City Hall, 205 S Redding, West Memphis AR. 72301 until 4:00 PM on Monday, July 13, 2026, at which time, the bids will be opened and read aloud. The bid opening is open to the public.
The relief wells average about 90 feet in depth and are located at the inlet structure of the City of West Memphis’ stormwater pumping station.
All Bidders must be licensed contractors to perform the type of work specified in the bid as required by the State of Arkansas.
Electronic copies of the bid package may be requested by contacting Ward Wimbish at wwimbish@westmemphisar.gov .
The City of West Memphis reserves the right to waive irregularities; to reject bids in its sole discretion for any reason; to postpone the award of the contract for a period that shall not exceed beyond 60 days from the bid opening date.
