Overview
Summary

SHARP is working with the Housing Authorities of the City and County of Sacramento to transform and rehabilitate 2200+ Public Housing units through the use of the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program and the use of Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).

One of the core requirements for a successful application for Tax Credits is that each applicant must meet with an energy analyst, and for that analyst to complete an energy model for the project. TCAC requirements will be uploaded as an attachment to this solicitation.

The purpose of this this solicitation is to engage a qualified energy consultant to perform a California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) Energy Study for these properties. The study aims to evaluate the energy usage, energy efficiency, and cost-saving potential of the property, ensuring compliance with TCAC requirements while maximizing energy savings and sustainability.
