PGW seeks proposals from a provider to provide legal services at the direction of PGW’s General Counsel relating to PUC and other regulatory matters, in addition to other legal matters pertaining to PGW as requested by PGW. Provider must have demonstrated expertise dealing with applicable regulatory bodies, especially the Pennsylvania PUC, and also have significant rate case expertise. Familiarity with regulatory and corporate structure of PGW and the City of Philadelphia is preferred. PGW may select one or more providers for this engagement. The selected Proposer will be required to provide insurance coverage as described on Attachment 1 attached hereto. The selected Proposer will be required to comply with the Electronic Invoicing and Payment Requirements listed in Attachment 2.

In addition to other information submitted in response to this solicitation, Proposers must detail how artificial intelligence technology (“AI”) may be utilized to provide the services and materials that are the subject of this RFP. Include provisions that outline how data will be collected, stored, and processed by AI systems. Detail compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.
