Additional Information
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified Offerors to provide culturally competent workforce development for local public health agencies (LPHAs) and community-based organization (CBO) grantees, build statewide knowledge and capacity to reduce health disparities for a stronger Colorado, build and share power with communities, and incorporate core elements of equitable implementation. This project will center on reducing health disparities and advancing health for populations that experience higher disease burden. By delivering training and technical assistance to STEPPs LPHA and CBO grantees, this project will develop the training, tools, and resources needed to center the voice and leadership of communities and community-based organizations, prioritizing community assets, strengths, and resilience.
