HOT MIX ASPHALT, DOUGLAS COUNTY, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT (BLM) ROSEBURG DISTRICT OFFICE – Upcoming Solicitation 140L4325Q0074

The Bureau of Land Management, Oregon State Office, is soliciting for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Commercial Supply Contract for Hot Mix Asphalt in Douglas County, OR within the Roseburg District office of the BLM, OR. The contract contains one Base periods.

The period of performance for this requirement is estimated to be from July 15th, 2025 through October 15th, 2025.

The NAICS code is 324121– Asphalt Paving Mixture and Block Manufacturing, with a small business standard of 500 Employees.

The Request for Quotation No. 140L4325Q0074, using the principles of FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, will be issued on or by June 6th, 2025 with responses due June 20th 2025. The Request for Quotation will be posted to SAM.gov utilizing an SF-1449 combined with schedule of items.

Evaluation factors may include price. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses.

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
