Project Description: This project involves a base bid for double microsurface and an alternate bid for milling and overlay along the following roadways in Allen Township; Village Drive, Jennings Run, Walking Purchase Circle, Yeats Run, and Marshall Run. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Township Standards. Asphalt materials shall be based on PennDOT’s March 2025 Asphalt Cement Price Index.
