Invitation to Bid General Construction Work 2023 CDBG Sidewalk Program

Sealed bids will be received at the Administration Department, Blue Springs City Hall, 903 W. Main Street, Blue Springs, Missouri 64015 until 2:00 P.M., on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project is tentatively scheduled to be awarded on Monday, May 5, 2025.

The Scope of Work including the Add Alternate bid involves 10,400 S.F. of sidewalk construction & reconstruction, 144 L.F of concrete curbing, 5 ADA compliant ramps and associated activities. The Add Alternate may or may not be included in the award at the discretion of the City of Blue Springs. Notice to proceed is anticipated to occur approximately two weeks after City Council awards the project.
