Project Description: The lawn maintenance program shall include, but not be limited to the following maintenance: mowing by rotary units such acreage as athletic fields, basins, lawns, open space and woodland; trimming by rotary mowers and/or string line machines all small areas surrounding any and all Township acreage and appurtenances, bridge abutments/headwalls/drainage pipe, curbs (curb edges and bottom of curb along the edge of roadways), drives and parking lots, roadways, rights-of-way, electrical appurtenances and poles, bollards, fencing and gateposts, fire hydrants, shrubs/trees, sign poles; edging by string-line or bladed machine all macadam areas such as drives, curbs, walks, paths, planter beds and miscellaneous appurtenances; foreign debris shall be removed from lawn areas prior to mowing and none lawn areas by means of blowers after mowing. Debris shall not be blown out on any rights-of-way and left to dry.
