Greater Lawrence Technical School is seeking bids in accordance with documents prepared by Studio 26 Design Collaborative, LLC at 99 Market Street, Lowell, MA 01852 to construct an addition to the Auto Collision Shop located at 57 River Rd. Andover, MA 01810. The building will be built of CMUs with a brick veneer to match the existing structure. The dimensions of the addition are 26-0x 40-0 with steel roof trusses. Plans and Specifications may be obtained electronically by emailing Cesarina Sanchez at cburgos@glts.net on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. Bids are due on Friday, October 31, 2025 at 11:00 A.M at the Office of Building & Facilities ATT: Director Hamel.
