Bid Description:
The Town of Essex invites you to prepare a Bid for the 2025 Maple Street Sewer Easement Tree Clearing & Grubbing project. Work associated with this project is to be completed by December 5, 2025. Work includes tree clearing and grubbing of approximately 0.2 acres within Town sewer easements near Maple Street Park.
Bid packages are available at the Town of Essex Public Works Office, 5 Jericho Road, Essex Center or by email to Lea Sanguinetti at lsanguinetti@essex.org. Sealed bids will be received at the Town of Essex Public Works or mailed to the Town of Essex, Department of Public Works, 81 Main Street Essex Junction, VT 05452 until 1:30 PM on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025.
