· Mill turn configuration with one main spindle, one sub spindle, one milling spindle, and one turret.
· High pressure coolant (1000 psi, 8 gallons per min minimum)
· Simultaneous 5-axis machining
· Cooling circulation in spindle motors and ball screws
· Turret
· Steady rest for turret
· Non-contact measurement for tool length and damage
· Mist collector
· Control console with both tactile and touchscreen capabilities
· In-machine workpiece measuring system radio signal transmission type touch sensor
· Chip conveyor
· Direct scale feedback on X and Y axis for mill spindle and lower turret
· Automatic built-in axis correction/calibration that can be performed in under one hour
