Intent to Sole Source
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to enter into a sole source procurement for the Airstrip One platforms and software licensing. In accordance with 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(b), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute), and under the authority of VAAR 819.7007, Sole Source Awards to a Verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, the PCAC intends to issue a sole source solicitation to TrillaMed LLC 30100 Telegraph Rd. Suite 366, Bingham Farms, MI 48025.
Airstrip licenses and associated equipment are required to ensure medical center GE patient monitoring systems provide vital sign viewing ability to national Tele-Critical Care clinicians (physicians and nurses). This procurement includes the Airstrip One platforms, data capture tools and software licensing.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 541519 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $34.0M.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirements may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
