CHARTER BUS SERVICE

Little Rock School District is currently seeking companies to provide charter bus transportation services for staff and students, on an as needed basis. Final approval is pending the receipt of requested documents.

Interested companies must register at this site to view and submit requested documents electronically. This is the REQUIRED method of submission.  All responses shall be submitted through the Ion Wave purchasing system on or before September 11, 2026, 2:00 PM.  Faxed, emailed, and paper responses will not be considered without prior approval.

When services are needed, our schools will contact approved companies to obtain quotes. Please do not contact the schools . The company offering the best arrangements and price will be selected. The District will issue a purchase order on all in-state trips and will not make any advance payments.  The District may issue an advance payment on out-of-state trips on a case-by-case basis . In either case, to ensure payment for services rendered, please have the school issue a purchase order to you before the trip occurs.  The District will not be liable for any unpaid invoices that are not supported by a purchase order.

Any questions regarding this RFI are to be submitted in writing via Ionwave under the questions tab by the deadline of September 4, 2026, 12 pm. All questions received and the corresponding answers will be posted publicly for all vendors. No verbal responses will be provided. District will not respond to questions after this time and date.
