Towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized/forfeited vehicles in S/Texas and Louisiana

This is a FAR 13.501 Sole Source Justification document for the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Asset Forfeiture Division (AFD) to award a sole source contract to RBEX, Inc. for vehicle services in the S/Texas and Louisiana areas. The justification covers a 6-month firm-fixed-price contract with a 6-month option from February18, 2025 to February 17, 2026, for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized/forfeited vehicles in S/Texas and Louisiana.
