Summary

The purpose of this Requestion for Information (RFI) is to gage experience levels from consultants and analyze information that would determine next steps and a scope of work for preparing a solicitation for hiring a consultant to revise the current definition of the City's "local business" definition outlined in the Pasadena Municipal Code (PMC) 4.08. The City of Pasadena, CA is seeking information from consultants with specific experience in conducting a comprehensive Local Business Definition Study.

Background

The City of Pasadena will be considering whether or not to release an RFP for updating its existing local business definition. The current definition can be found in the City's Municipal Code section 4.08.
