Scope of Services
The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to propose time and material rates for future work as well as provide firm fixed pricing for a set of pre-identified projects scopes provided in this RFP. The pricing and qualifications submitted will be evaluated as the basis of selection of one or more firms to enter into a long-term Master Services Agreement (MSA) to provide structural evaluation and repair services to OUC. The qualified Supplier shall perform repair and improvements to ensure the stability of plant structures. Please see Attachment ‘A’ for full scope and technical requirements. All work initiated utilizing this MSA will be done through individual project agreements and/or purchase orders.
