Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Any formal RFP will be released on https://sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
The Fort Rucker Aviation Maintenance (FRAM) II contract is anticipated to provide all aircraft maintenance and logistics support associated with Army Aviator training at Fort Rucker, Alabama. It is anticipated that a Formal RFP will be released in May 2026; however, this date is subject to change without notice.
The Offeror shall utilize Section J Attachment 0012, Question Template, to submit questions in response to this presolicitation notice. Questions shall be submitted to usarmy.redstone.acc.mbx.acc-rsa-fram-ii@army.mil, no later than 11:00 A.M. (CST), Tuesday, 28 April 2026.
