Town of Mooresville - Public Library Renovation

Contract documents, including Drawings and Technical specifications, are available for viewing by appointment in the Town of Mooresville Public Operations Building at 2523 Charlotte Highway. Full copies of the documents may be obtained from Duncan Parnell ( www.dpibidroom.com ) for a purchase. All payments are to be made to Duncan Parnell. NOTE THAT PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS MUST PURCHASE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS THROUGH DUNCAN PARNELL DIRECTLY, IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED AN OFFICIAL PLANHOLDER.

Mooresville's Main Library is located at 304 South Main St. Mooresville, NC. The library renovation will include a phased renovation of the interior of the library including but not limited to interior wall reconfiguration, interior finish updates, reorganization of the library collections, new check out desk, vestibule remodel, staff work space reconfiguration and any other work as described or implied in the contract documents. The lower floor and some areas on the first floor of the library must remain operational to the public while under construction.
