Under Threshold Opportunity
The Town of Stony Plain is seeking a qualified consultant to support the preparation, design, and execution of the Old Town Community Plan (“OTCP”) review project. While the project will be led by the Town of Stony Plain’s Planning and Development department, the consultant support for the project will be focused on the following aspects:
• Identification of key aspects to update;
• Population, growth, and housing data;
• Existing Town plans, policies, and strategies;
• Development Concept;
• Policy framework and policy review and refinement;
• Implementation Strategy and Action Plan;
• Maps, charts, graphics, and images; and
• Rebranding of the visual look and feel of the document.
The Town has a budget of seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) but believes this is a generous budget given the scope of work for a plan update and refinement.
