The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms for geotechnical, structural and construction design services for a former 5,500-square-foot building located at 112 N 2 nd Street in downtown Douglas. The project includes engineering analysis and the development of a detailed site-specific geotechnical report, structural and construction drawings necessary to stabilize the site and adjacent buildings, prepare the site for interim use, and guide future redevelopment efforts. This RFP focuses on planning and design, providing the groundwork for future construction activities.

RFPs will be accepted electronically until 4:00 PM MT, November 20, 2024, and will be evaluated immediately following.
