Project Description: Independent School District #535 (Rochester Public Schools) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to replace and maintain high-volume production equipment at its centralized copy center, Paper Tiger. The District currently produces approximately 20.4 million black-and-white copies and 1.2 million color copies annually, serving over 18,700 students and 2,800 staff members.
The project includes:

Implementation of a 60-month service and maintenance agreement, with an option for a 12-month extension.

Training for Paper Tiger staff and ongoing technical support.
