The Massachusetts Department of Public Health Cancer Initiative's Unit plans to submit a grant application to the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention in response to the posted funding opportunity: Changing Health Systems Using Evidence-based interventions to Increase Colorectal Cancer Screening. This project will increase colorectal cancer screening among populations ages 45-75 years by working with community health centers to implement evidence-based interventions that increased CRC screening. The focus is on reaching populations that have low CRC screening and experience barriers to screening.
