Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) Support Services

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), 27130 Telegraph Rd, Quantico, VA 22134, has an ongoing requirement for requisite Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) services related to Federal background investigations. The required CPOC services are for functions essential to the completion of background investigations on behalf of the Federal Government. The technical components for this requirement include the following high-level objectives: 1) Telephone and Switchboard Services; 2) Case Processing, to include Application Ingestion, Case Maintenance, Item Level Processing, and Post Closing; 3) Program Management; 4) National Background Investigation System (NBIS) Implementation Support as it pertains to CPOC. The required services may be performed in Boyers, PA, St. Louis, MO, and/or other Government approved sites.
