Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District has a requirement for replacement of the metal roofs on two picnic shelters and a day-use bathroom at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Cross Lake Recreation Area. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Cross Lake Recreation Area is located in the city of Crosslake, MN in Crow Wing County. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a quote. Site visits must be scheduled in advance. A. Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday ? Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Contact Aaron Springer at 651-290-5791 or at Aaron.springer@usace.army.mil. The anticipated magnitude of this project will be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238160, Roofing Contractors. The size standard for this NAICS is $19.0M. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside. No CDs or hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking the Contract Opportunities website (https://sam.gov/content/opportunities) for any update(s) to the solicitation.
