Project Description: The City of South Jordan is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor to perform lining of existing storm drain pipe at the various locations throughout the city. The work generally includes installing UV CURED CIPP SPEC lining within existing pipes that vary in type, size, and length (see attached plans). The bid should include mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, labor, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, rentals, fuels, utilities, subcontractors, suppliers, overhead, and profit. Also, alternative bid (Schedule B) consists solely of installing Geopolymer Spray Spec lining within the existing 48-in CMP pipe at 9591 Chavez Dr approximately 340 linear feet.
No pre-bid conference will be held.
Bid security in the amount of 5% must accompany each bid.
The work must be substantially complete 60 days from Notice to Proceed.
Anticipated Notice to Proceed: March 1, 2026.
Bids will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All bids shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the Bid is not responsive, or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by City.
