An attorney or law firm (the attorney) to provide legal services as counsel to A&F in connection with the Infrastructure Investment Incentive (I-Cubed) Program. The attorney will be required to draft and negotiate infrastructure development assistance agreements (IDAAs) for economic development projects approved under the I-Cubed Program, and to provide up to 10 hours of ongoing advice regarding the interpretation or application of the IDAA during the remaining term of any contract that results from this RFR. The attorney will also be asked to review bond closing documents on behalf of A&F in connection with bonds issued for the approved project.
