UST Removals at Four Sites (Mount Vernon HS, Whitman MS, Fort Hunt ES and Woodson HS)

Project Description: Bidders:
You are invited to submit an electronic bid for the following: Furnish all labor and materials for the Underground Storage Tank Removals at Mount Vernon High School, Whitman Middle School, Fort Hunt Elementary School and Woodson High School and, in accordance with specifications and drawings available for download from the Bonfire website. If a copy is needed, contact the individuals listed below for pick-up from the Office of Facilities Management, 5025 Sideburn Road, Room 62, Fairfax, Virginia 22032.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held April 18, 2025* beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Mount Vernon High School, 8515 Old Mount Vernon Road, Alexandria, Virginia 22309. Contractors shall meet outside of Door #1 of the building to sign the meeting roster. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 9:35 A.M. At the conclusion of the first meeting, FCPS staff and Bidders who attended (signed-in at first site) must continue onto the next FCPS site (and Bidders must sign-in at each location). All FCPS sites listed will be visited sequentially as listed above (and on the cover sheet of specifications) and on the stated meeting day. To be able to submit a bid, the Bidder must attend all sites listed in the specifications.
