Estimated annual purchase is 100,000 yards. The initial order will require delivery no later than 90 days after receipt of order. For all subsequent orders, deliveries will be required within 21 days after receipt of delivery order. Ordering increments are normally 20,000 yard increments. The minimum order will be 10,000 yards. Shipments shall not contain small lots. Unit price bid includes all associated costs, to include handling, packaging, and shipping/ freight costs. Deliveries will be to a prison and will need to be coordinated with the Operations Manager. Delivery hours: 8:00 A.M. - 11:30 A.M. CST Price is to be inclusive of all shipping and handling charges. Deliveries will be to two locations: Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex 200 Road to Justice West Liberty, KY 41472 and KCI at Kentucky State Penitentiary 266 Water Street Eddyville, KY 42038 A sample will be requested from the top-ranked bidder to determine responsiveness with the specifications.
