Blaine Interchanges Communication and Engagement -

Brief description: State requests proposals for communication and outreach planning and execution related to the construction of interchanges on Trunk Highway (TH) 65 at 99th Avenue (Ave.), 105th Ave., 109th Ave., and 117th Ave., construction of a pedestrian bridge connecting 113th Ave./114th Ave., and construction of a frontage road on the west side of TH 65. The project will also include expansion of sidewalk and trails, and intersection improvements on 109th Ave. The Contractor will provide construction communications and outreach work for the duration of the four-year project on TH 65 between 97th Ave. and 121st Ave. Construction is anticipated to start in Spring 2026 and continue through the end of 2029, with outreach work beginning Summer of 2025. The goal of this project is to deliver communications and outreach services related to the TH 65 Blaine Interchanges project.
