Scope of Services
It is the intent of this solicitation to establish an annualrequirement with a qualified successful bidder(s) for the provision of SubstationTransformer oil main tank drain/fill, storage, dehydrating, and other miscellaneousservices. This Scope of Work covers Substation Transformer oil main tank drain/fill, storage, dehydrating, and other miscellaneous services. KUA must replace several substation transformer bushings and will require that the oil be drained, stored, and refilled to accommodate the replacement. Transformers are located within Osceola County, Florida. Additionally, KUA would like to establish an annual pricing contract such that standard and emergency service is available in case of future need. KUA reserves the right to award a Contract to multiple venders. Contract award does not guarantee any work assignment. KUA reserves the right to assign Contract work at KUA’s sole discretion.

Bushings may be draw lead, need to confirm
Can KUA confirm if the HV bushings are draw lead? What is the processing spec for the units? (Vacuum times, will hot oil circulation be required) Who is supplying the bushings? (If it’s the contractor, has lead time been accounted for?) Can there be a site visit? |
