McCown Gordon Construction LLC., Construction Manager at Risk for Garland ISD GMP #2 is

requesting Competitive Bids from subcontractors and suppliers for Garland ISD’s High School

Renovations at North Garland HS and South Garland HS until March 5, 2026, 2:00PM. Bids

received after this time may not be accepted or considered. Bids shall be on a lump sum

basis and include the appropriate bid form, bid package and detailed proposal. Bid Forms and

Bid Packages will be posted on/before February 27, 2026.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, 3:00 pm.

Campus walkthroughs will be held on Wednesday, February 18th starting at 9:00 AM at North

Garland High School, 2109 W Buckingham Road, Garland, TX 75042 and continuing at 10:30

AM at South Garland High School, 600 Colonel Drive, Garland, TX 75043.

Bids will be received electronically through Building Connected, by email at

texasbids@mccowngordon.com, or by mail or hand delivery at McCown Gordon Construction,

5700 Granite Parkway, Suite 800, Plano, TX 75024 until the date and time shown above. A

completed Bid Form, Bid Package, and detailed bid proposal is requested with each bid.

Bid Documents are available via Building Connected and through local trade organizations.

McCown Gordon Construction reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive

technicalities, advertise for new proposals, or proceed by other alternative means when in the

best interests of Garland ISD and/or McCown Gordon Construction. Bids will be opened

privately.

No bidder may withdraw its Proposal within ninety (90) calendar days after the bid date.

All bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal meeting and submit a bid.
