The National Park Service (NPS), Mammoth Cave National Park, will be contracting to perform upgrade and optimize the HVAC control system at the Mammoth Cave National Park Visitor Center. The work includes a comprehensive inspection, software and hardware upgrades, system balancing, and operator training to maintain the long-term functionality of the HVAC system.
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price
100% small business set-aside procurement.
The NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the size standard is $16.5 million.
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote
that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs.
Period of Performance 5/15/2025 to 7/18/2025
